Acceptance of terms
By using the site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order with us either by phone or by emailing info@consciencecrystals.com or by post at the address given below.
1. About us
This website, found under the www.consciencecrystals.com URL is operated by Conscience Crystals Limited (“we”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08245746 and with our registered office address at: FMA Accountants, Building 3, Chiswick Business Park, London, Middlesex, W4 5YA. Our VAT number is: 157 4234 09.
2. Accessing our site
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Customer Terms.
By placing an order through the Website, registering for a course or booking a clinic session, you warrant to us that you are:
(a) legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) 18 years of age or over.
3. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights contained in the Site and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licenser. This confirmation will be giving my formal email confirmation, not by word of mouth agreement. This includes all online and in-person event and clinic content.
In particular, all products designed and made by Conscience Crystals Ltd and appearing on this website are property of Conscience Crystals and cannot be duplicated without permission. This includes all E-mails or social media content that a customer of Conscience Crystals Ltd may receive.
If you breach these Customer Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
You must not modify any intellectual property of Conscience Crystals Ltd, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, audio sequences or any graphics separately from their original format.
4. How contracts are formed between you and Sellers
When you place an order, register for a class or course, or book a crystal clinic session we have the option to process it or not. At that point, we enter a contract with you to complete the transaction. That contact ends when you receive the product or service or we issue a full refund,
5. Payment methods
Physical produc purchases may be paid for using a debit or credit card through our two online payment facility (Paypal and Stripe) or with Klarna. All prices shall be shown in your selected currency and payable in that currency. You accept that product prices in your selected currency do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination.
If you choose to pay with Klarna all future dealings regarding that transaction will need to be made directly with them. Conscience Crystals Ltd cannot assist. However, if there is a problem with your actual order you can contact consciencecrystals.com.
Courses will be paid for via ThriveCart. Their cart payment options are Paypal, Stipe, Google Pay and Apple Apple.
Crystal Clinic Sessions are booked through Setmore Calender Software. Their cart payment option is Paypal.
6. Refusal of transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
7. Delivery arrangements
Please view the relevant product page for the stated length of delivery as this can change depending on the product. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.
Although we advertise the average delivery time for each option this is not guaranteed.
Royal Mail
Our standard delivery option for orders under 2kg is Royal Mail 48 and 24 hour tracked. As well as International Tracked. Signatures are required, therefore if you are not in to receive an order you may need to access their website to plan redelivery or visit your local collection office.
Courier:
Orders over 2kg will be delivered via courier.
8.Import regulations and duty
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that the goods and services offered for sale are directed solely at UK residents. We make no representation that any goods or services sold through the site are appropriate or available for use outside the UK. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
9.Orders
By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Conscience Crystals Ltd to purchase the goods or services outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, phone and payment and delivery address details. The payment method used will require your credit card details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. Where a contact phone number is needed it is so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order.
We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
•-If the product you ordered is out of stock and won’t be coming back into stock over 28 days.
•-We are unable to authorise your payment.
•-If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.
•-If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
•-If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather, virus and accidents.
Please note that if you are paying by cheque, on rare occasions items may sell out whilst the cheque is being cleared. Where this occurs, we will reissue a cheque for the amount.
Personalised Items, including gift messages:
Consumer Contracts Regulations state personalised items are non-refundable, however we endeavour to offer the best possible customer service and therefore will always exchange and replace any mistakes we make. Any mistakes which are the responsibility of the buyer, i.e., incorrect spellings, grammar or a specification which is not given correctly will incur a discretionary charge for alterations or replacements.
Information required:
If we are sending you an Email to gain information on your order it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that this and all other email correspondence with Conscience Crystals Ltd has not gone into their junk mail. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries delays when it is the result of late replies to our messages.
Gift Wrapping:
We do not offer gift-wrapping although all items come wrapped attractively.
10.Website Product Pricing & Descriptions
Every product bought is sold subject to its product description which outlines any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, without restriction, terms and conditions that regarding approximate delivery dates/times, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees.
We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are entered onto our system. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allows.
Images of Goods are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual Goods described in the product descriptions are the Goods you will receive.
Availability:
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by email to advise you of the estimated time of delivery. Should you then wish to cancel or change your order you can do so by emailing us at info@consciencecrystals.com your order will be revised or fully refunded.
11. Returns
Online Standard Shop Goods: We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods – no questions asked (excluding made to order/personalised items). Please contact us within 14 working days of the dispatch date to request a refund. Your refund must be confirmed by Conscience Crystals Ltd before the item is returned. Once confirmed items must be returned within 30 days. Unless otherwise agreed the customer incurs return costs.
Flash Sale Items are nonrefundable unless they arrive damaged.
To receive a refund customers must return the item in the original packaging and in it’s original condition. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition only a partial refund can be obtained at the most.
Refunds will be processed once Conscience Crystals Ltd receives the order back through the post or if the item is lost in the post, once the customer shows proof of postage. Conscience Crystals Ltd recognizes proof of postage as a postal receipt when the postcode of the delivery address is printed on it. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain this.
Crystals can be fragile. It is the customer’s responsibility to look after them. This includes keeping them out of direct sunlight and not near liquids. We cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear, inappropriate use, third party repair or careless handling.
Events: Online and in-person events are nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged.
All courses run their own bespoke refund policies that are outlined on their information pages.
Crystal Clinic: Sessions can be cancelled up until 24 hours in advance of the session. After that session cannot be refunded.
12. Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of certain items ‘which by their nature cannot be returned – including personalised items’). You may not return products if they have been damaged (in our reasonable opinion) as a result of fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage (by you), negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop the order from being sent to you but in some cases will be unable to do so. In these cases you should either reject the order at point of delivery or you will have to return the item to us at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the products to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the items until they are received at the return address and thus we advise customers to use a special delivery service when returning items and to retain their proof of postage until receipt is confirmed by us.
Events: Online and in-person events are nonrefundable.

Transfer Of Rights And Obligations.
The contract is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of your contract with us, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of your contract with us, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
We shall retain title to and ownership of the Goods until we have received payment in full of all sums due for the Goods, including any applicable VAT and delivery charges.
Risk.
The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery or attempted delivery of the Goods to the address specified in your order.
13. Flash Sale Terms and Conditions:
Sales: By taking part in a Live Sale customers are confirming they have read and understood the Live Sale T&Cs highlighted in the @ConscienceCrystalsSales Story Highlights. This are updated periodlcally. and it is the customers responsibility to stay up to date with any and all changes made.
Claimed crystals always go to the person who Gemma sees comment first on the @ConscienceCrystalSales comment feed. That decision is final. By claiming a crystal the customer is saying they will purchase that crystal within 48 hours of the Sales Listings going live. Conscience Crystals Ltd has the right to block those who do not pay from @ConscienceCrystalSales and @ConscienceCrystal.
Although Conscience Crystals Ltd endeavours to offer Live and Stories Sales on the advertised dates and times this is not guaranteed. In the event this is not possible due to factors not limited to but including bad Internet connect, private matters or factors relating to the platform Instagram, this is not the responsibility of Conscience Crystals and customers will not receive compensation.
Payment: Once the Flash Sale is over, the following day at a unique product listing will be added to consciencecrystals.com. Those who attended the sale and claimed a crystal(s), are required to find their unique listing with their Instagram handle. The product page will then give a breakdown of their claimed crystals. The customer is responsible for checking that the breakdown is correct before adding it to their basket and paying.
Flash sale items must be paid for in full by midnight two days after listings go live. Failure to pay will result in the crystals being returned to the shop. Non-paying customers will be blocked from @consciencecrystalsales and cannot take part in future sales.
Postage: National and international postage fees are non-negotiable. It is a set fee that allows the customer to add as many crystals to their order as they want and only pay one fee.
Open Box: At the discretion of the consciencecrystals.com team, those who have claimed crystals worth less than £150 can select an open box on their product page. This allows them to pay for their order and postage now. Conscience crystals Ltd then stores the order until the next sale so they can add extra crystals without incurring extra postage costs.
To qualify the open box must be selected on the product page then the customer must pay for the original/first listing in full (including postage).
Open boxes roll over to the next scheduled sale only.
Free content: consciencecrystals.com regularly adds free gifts and printed goods to each parcel. Each parcel receives one set of these free gifts. Therefore if two or more customers team up and require both orders to be sent in one parcel to one address (so only one postage is paid) that joint parcel will only include one set of free extras.
Flash Sale Competitions: Throughout a sale, competition/giveaways may take place. The prize will be added to the winners claimed crystals and sent out with them. If the winner does not claim any crystals, they will be required to pay postage on any physical prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
14. Loyalty Points Scheme:
Loyalty points are calculated after any discount codes or other offers are added to the checkout value. Points offered are phased Crystal Credits. Crystal Credits cannot be redeemed for their monetary value or any other form of credit. Points cannot be backdated. You must login before you make a purchase if you want to accrue the points. You must add your birthday details to the system in advance of your next Birthday to qualify for those points. Conscience Crystals Ltd reserved the right to make changes to the loyalty scheme without notice.
The Conscience Crystal Ltd Loyalty schemed is offered at the discretion of Conscience Crystals Ltd. Who has the right to change or withdraw the scheme to a customer or in its entirety without warning. The value of the points is subject to change. Current point values will be displayed on the Loyalty Website Page.
15. Conscience Crystal Gems
Membership is offered to all customers whose total value of all purchases on consciencecrystal.com is over £1500.
Once invited, those accepting memberships are confirming they are happy with the following: Treating all other Crystal Gem members how you would like to be treated yourself. To retain VIP membership members must make a purchase on consciencecrystals.com at least every 5 months. When this hasn’t happened, we will let the member know so they have a chance to make a purchase before removing you from the group. Members cannot advertise other Crystal Shops, Lives or events within the group. Conscience Crystals reserves the right to cancel Conscience Crystal Gems membership at any time and without warning. If a crystal is claimed with the intention of purchase within the @ConscienceCrystalGem account but then not paid for, that member automatically loses membership rights. Membership cannot be redeemed for any monetary value or other form of credit. What is shared within @Consciencecrystalgems is private to the group and should not be shared publicly. Including Conscience Crystal Ltd material.
Although Conscience Crystals Ltd endeavours to offer all members the option to watch Live events via playback this is not guaranteed. In the event this is not possible, the recoding is of poor quality or is not in full, this is not the responsibility of Conscience Crystals and customers will not receive compensation.
16. Our Website
You may link to our home page on the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. The Company expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in this clause for breach of these Customer Terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.
Our Site must not be framed on any other website. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time.
The Site provides links to other websites for your information. If you use these links, you leave the Site. We have not reviewed these third party websites and we have no control over such sites or resources. We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for third party websites or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
17. Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our Site by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
18. Waiver
If we fail at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Customer Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under them, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these Customer Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
19. Severability.
If any of these Customer Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Entire agreement.
These Customer Terms and any documents expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes and extinguishes all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Each of us agrees that neither we nor you shall have any remedies in respect of any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Customer Terms or any documents expressly referred to in them. Neither of us shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based upon any statement in these Customer Terms and any documents expressly referred to in them.
21. Force majeure
Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these Customer Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then our obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
22. Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability..
Conscience Crystals Limited does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Conscience Crystals Limited nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Conscience Crystals Limited or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

24. Other applicable terms and conditions
Promotional code terms and conditions.
1. By using a promotional code you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
2. The terms and conditions on the Site shall apply to promotional codes. If and to the extent there is a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Site and these promotional code terms and conditions, the promotional code terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency. The defined terms used in the Site terms and conditions shall also apply to these promotional code terms and conditions.
3. Conscience Crystals promotional codes can only be used on consciencecrystals.com and towards the purchase of items currently featured on our Site. This may or may not include delivery charges.
4. Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time and any Promotion Codes are not valid in Sale periods or on Sample and Clearance items that have already been discounted.
5. Unless otherwise stated the same code can only be used once by the same customer, i.e only one offer per customer.
Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
6. Unless otherwise stated the discount associated with a promotional code is applied to your entire basket. This may or may not include any delivery charges. Promotional codes can be a combination of letters and numbers, eg, SUKVST1234567, and should be entered on the payment page during checkout for the discount to apply.
7. Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for each promotional code setting out these limits can be found in the communication you received with the code itself.
8. Conscience Crystals Ltd reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel any promotional code, at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which make it necessary to do so. Conscience Crystals Ltd may update these terms from time to time and reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for specific promotional codes as and where necessary. You should review the promotional code terms and conditions periodically for changes.
9. Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded or reassigned.
10. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.
