Our store is hosted by WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Those booking a Crystal Clinic session will use the booking software Setmore.

We only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for us to provide an adequate service. Although even after your order has been completed, it may be appropriate for us to retain your information for legal and audit purposes.

We may be required to provide relevant personal information to carefully chosen partners who we work closely with for transactional-related purposes. Your data is stored in the WooCommerce data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall for added protection. 

Payment security:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. It meets the requirements for security set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS.


Sometimes when you use our services or website you may be sharing information that’s publicly visible. For example, if you leave a comment on our Blog, Podcast or Social Media. You are responsible for ensuring the information you share in this way can cause you no harm or loss.
